"Using Design Challenges to Create Great Gardens"
In the landscape, every site and situation present unique challenges. From topography and spatial constraints to the homeowner's needs and lifestyle, these challenges are often seen as obstacles to good design. Buell and Rebecca see them as inspiration. In this lecture they share the evolution of some of their favorite designs from an inauspiciious blank slate to a well-loved garden and offer ideas for addressing common and even some uncommon limitations.
